"Many things--such as loving, going to sleep, or behaving unaffectedly--are done worst when we try hardest to do them." --C.S. Lewis
Recently in a talk by Elder Wirthlin (i think--it's my blog so i can speculate ;) he reminded us of the importance of keeping our eye on the ball, when i get stressed or try to force the little things [insert chuckle here] like love and sleep and unaffected behavior--rather than just keeping my eye on the purposes and glory of God and watching all things combine to work for my good--I fall.
Just a good reminder to keep my eye on the ball.
